Went to Palms and the casino had a good feel to it. It wasn’t super cramped, music wasn’t blasting in your face, and the lighting made it easy to just hang out for a bit. A few spots felt kinda busy, but not like, annoying busy or anything. Overall nice atmosphere and yeah, I’d go back.

Had a really good night out at the bars here. We hung around for maybe 3 or 4 hours, and the drinks were solid the whole time. Music was fun, the crowd had a good vibe, and it never felt too wild or packed. Even when it got busy, the staff got to us fast, like within a few minutes most of the time. I’d definitely come back for another night out

I thought the room was comfortable overall. It felt clean when I walked in, and the bed was genuinely nice to sleep in. There was a bit of noise at night, which stood out to me a little, but it wasn’t bad enough to ruin my stay. I still slept well and left feeling like it was a decent, comfy place to stay.

I had a problem and tried to get it sorted, but it felt like I just got passed from one person to another. Replies took ages and when they did come, they weren’t all that helpful tbh. In the end, nothing really got fixed, so yeah... frustrating.

I had a really good time at the pool at the Palms. Check-in was easy, the chairs were clean, and the music was fun without being too loud or over the top, at least to me. The staff checked in here and there, but not so much that it felt annoying, though maybe I just caught them on a good day.

The food and drinks were definitely a little pricey, but I kind of expected that for a pool day like this. The pool itself seemed super clean, and the whole vibe was relaxed, or maybe I was just in the right mood for it. Either way, I’d definitely go back again

I’ve been using palms.com for a few weeks now, mostly playing slots and sometimes a bit of blackjack. For the most part, everything loads fine and the site is easy to get around. I did notice it seems to get a little slower at certain times, probably when more people are on, though that’s just my guess. One game froze on me once and I had to refresh, which was a bit irritating, but it hasn’t been a constant issue. Overall, I’d say it’s been a good experience, just not totally flawless.

The room was okay overall. I noticed some dust here and there, so my first impression wasn’t the best, but I usually go by the basics: if the bed looks clean and the bathroom seems usable, I can deal. The bed seemed clean enough, so it worked for a short stay

I had such a frustrating time with the parking. I was already trying to get in and out without a hassle, but the valet was so slow that it threw off my whole experience. I expected it to be way smoother, and instead I ended up standing around waiting.

I did a double take at the prices on palms.com because I had checked a few other places first, and this was easily one of the better deals I found. Like, finally, a price that didn’t make my wallet cry.

The value felt really fair, and I didn’t get that annoying feeling that I was being charged extra for absolutely no reason. Everything was clear, simple, and I never felt pressured into buying a bunch of stuff I didn’t actually need, which was such a relief.

Overall, I’m genuinely super happy with it. For the price, I’d say this is absolutely a 5-star experience from me, no dramatic hesitation needed

I have to say, the steak was really good, so I was happy with the food overall. The service was, hmm, a little slower than I expected though. I’m not totally sure it was worth the price, but it was still a decent experience.

I don’t know, maybe I’m missing something, but the hotel felt worn out to me. The room seemed old and not very well taken care of, the hallways had stains, the elevator took forever, and the pool area looked like it hadn’t gotten much attention in a while. For what we paid, I was expecting better upkeep.
